Good call AE !I have partied in Redondo Beach in my younger days. And Manhattan Beach and Malibu and errrr you get the Idea ! Being the coastal kid I am I still live by the beach here In San Diego. Aside from the ridiculous taxes and roads full of potholes its pretty cool ! Oh yeah I had a beer or two in Hermosa Beach too. I got friends who live there. Now I am thinking about bedtime at 9:30 PM. Well at least youth was fun !
Thanks for info.
It looks a wonderful place and thank you for pointing it out to us. Great Information.
Looks like a wonderful place to visit. If I didn't have such a fear of the ground moving I might venture out there some day.
Sounds marvellous, I'd love to see it.
Brother Dave.
Redondo is nice. Since I live in Pasadena, though, it's almost as easy to drive the farther distance to Malibu. We just went to see whales at Pt. Vicente in Rancho Palos Verde. Nice Hub.
Hi AEvans,
Thank you for this lovely tour . I haven't travled much , but would love to see this . You did a great job of painting a picture for me .

As always also a2z50
Sounds like a great place to be, A. Thanks for a good vist there! WB
I've never been to Redondo beach, but heard a lot about it it. You make it sound very inviting.
Thanks for posting the pictures, I have been here many times. It's beautiful country. I love the water!
This looks like a great place to visit.
Yes, it does have nice parks, views, and things to do.
Beautiful...being so close, I just might want to visit. Although..I love on the edge of three coastal cities as it is.
Hi Sis... great hub as always, you are a busy girl but I must tell you a blessing to all who read your work.
Hugs
This was a fun read. It made think most other folks outside of So. Cal might not fully appreciate this. If you visit Manhatton Beach, Long Beach, Seal Beach. Huntington, Newport Laguna Beaches down to Capistrano Beach, they are all different! Mostly 'cause they reflect a neighborhood makeup. Redondo Beach is kind of "picture postcard". You gotta love the Pacific Park on Santa Monica's Pier. I am so partial with San Diego County's coastline for the last quarter century, I know I'm home.
I used to live in Torrence which meant I was in Redondo Beach frequently. It is a beautiful place and there is so much to do and so many other beautiful beaches nearby. Good hub.
looks and sounds wonderful, AEvans! i want to go!
Hi AEvan long time no chat ;) I had some friends who live in Redondo beach. Jeff Flinn! I employed him many years ago in my coin business and I spent some time there. He has a beautiful beach property there about three steps from the sea.
I miss it a lot! I still have 3 kids who live in LA but saddly can't visit them as I got banned for spending to long in the USA without a visa :(
But enjoying Europe and all it has to offer now.
Good to see you're still rocking the Hub
